Delivery time and shipping conditions

Carbonscout will endeavour to deliver goods held in stock immediately or within two weeks. We are unable to provide firm delivery times for items that are not held in stock, as in such cases we have to rely on our suppliers. If it is no longer possible to obtain the goods, Carbonscout shall be entitled, on a case-by-case basis, to withdraw from its delivery obligations.

Packages and packets will normally be sent by UPS!

Deliveries to EU countries (Austria, etc.): within two weeks.

Deliveries to non-EU countries (Switzerland, etc.): on request.

In cases where bulky goods are being shipped, the delivery date will be agreed between you and the courier.

Shipping costs/tolls: (per order)

In Germany: flat fee 13.50 Euro

Within Europe: flat fee 29.90 Euro

worldwide: on request

Minimum order value 30,- Euro

Follow-up deliveries relating to the same order will be delivered free of charge. In the case of bulky goods we will always charge the actual costs incurred.

You authorise us to debit the amount from your bank account. The invoiced amount will be debited following issuing of the invoice and dispatch of the goods.

You pay the invoiced amount by PayPal. PayPal provides a quick, easy and secure way of paying for online purchases so that you can shop online with confidence. Your bank account details or your credit card number are held securely by PayPal. All you have to do is provide your e-mail address and your password - done.

You are welcome to come and collect the package from our premises. You can pay against invoice (if you are an existing customer), by direct debit, prepayment or in advance through PayPal. There is no charge for self-collection. However, you must contact us in advance to arrange a suitable date and time.

You transfer the amount in advance to our account as specified in the order acknowledgement. Assuming the goods are in stock, they will be dispatched to you immediately your payment is received.

If you are already a customer that has placed an order with us before, you will receive the goods against invoice, which you should settle on receipt of the goods by transferring the amount to our specified bank account.

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is dispatched.
